Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to LLMRegistry’s model-routing, billing, administration, and related developer services.
1. Agreement and authority
By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to them. If you act for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.
2. The Service
LLMRegistry provides an interface for routing requests to supported model providers, managing credentials and quotas, observing usage, and funding prepaid service credits. Features marked preview, beta, or unavailable may change or may not be connected to production infrastructure.
3. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized users, API keys, provider credentials, and activity under your account. Keep secrets out of client applications and repositories, apply least privilege, and notify support@llmregistry.com promptly about suspected compromise.
4. Models, providers, and BYOK
Upstream models are supplied by independent providers and remain subject to their availability, policies, output limits, and terms. With BYOK, your provider account is charged directly and LLMRegistry performs routing and control-plane functions. Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable; you must review them before consequential use.
5. Fees, credits, and taxes
- Prepaid wallet funding carries a 5% funding fee, shown separately from credits.
- Pooled inference is passed through at published provider pricing with 0% inference markup, unless an order form states otherwise.
- BYOK routing is free for the first 1,000,000 requests per month, then carries a 4.5% routing fee on eligible provider cost.
- Taxes are separate and collected only where configured and legally applicable. You remain responsible for taxes not collected by LLMRegistry.
Credits are service credits, not deposits, bank balances, or stored-value products, and are not transferable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, defeat security or usage controls, abuse providers, evade sanctions or export controls, or create material risk to people or systems. You must follow applicable provider policies and maintain human oversight appropriate to your use case.
7. Customer content and data
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant LLMRegistry the limited rights needed to transmit, process, secure, meter, and support your requests. Prompt and completion payloads are not retained by default; operational metadata may be retained for billing, reliability, security, and audit. The Privacy Policy explains this boundary.
8. Availability and changes
The Service depends on networks and upstream providers. Published targets are service objectives unless an executed order form or service-level agreement says otherwise. We may add, change, suspend, or remove models and features to maintain security, compliance, performance, or provider compatibility.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may limit or suspend access for security threats, nonpayment, unlawful use, provider restrictions, material breach, or risk to the Service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.
10. Warranties, liability, and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the Service and model outputs are provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages except where law prohibits that limitation. Any negotiated liability cap, indemnity, governing law, venue, or enterprise commitment in an executed order form controls over conflicting general terms.
11. Changes and notices
We may update these Terms. A material update may require renewed acceptance before using authenticated organization features. Notices may be delivered in-product or to the account email. Questions go to support@llmregistry.com.
